No, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service. We simply require access to your yard through an unlocked gate. For safety and privacy reasons, we do not enter homes or go through garages. After each visit, we will send a photo confirming your gate has been securely closed and latched.
Yes! Your dogs can remain in the yard during service as long as they are friendly and comfortable around our technicians. If your dog has any history of aggression or is protective of the yard, we ask that they be secured during the visit for everyone’s safety.
Yes, we service yards in most weather conditions. However, if conditions are unsafe (such as severe storms, lightning, or hazardous ice), we may reschedule your visit for safety reasons. We do not offer refunds due to weather delays, as additional waste will be collected during your next scheduled service.
If a service is missed due to a staffing issue, we will make every effort to reschedule later that same week. If we are unable to reschedule, your account will be credited for the missed service.
If your gate is locked, we’ll reach out as soon as we arrive. If we can’t gain access within a reasonable time, we’ll have to skip that day. We’ll try to fit you back into the schedule later in the week, but if that’s not possible, we’ll return on your next regular service day.
All payments are processed electronically using a credit or debit card, and we require a card on file before your first service. This allows us to provide reliable, uninterrupted service and simplifies billing for everyone.
Not at this time. Our routes are optimized by area to keep service consistent and cost-effective. You’ll be assigned a regular service day based on your location, and we’ll stick to that schedule each week.
Because our routes include many homes each day, arrival times can vary. However, we will send a notification when we’re on the way so you know we’re heading to your property.
All pet waste is double-bagged and securely placed in your trash can on-site. We take care to seal and contain the waste properly to minimize odor and keep your property clean.
After every yard, we clean all tools and sanitize our technicians’ shoes with kennel-grade disinfectant. Your yard’s safety and cleanliness are always our top priority.
