To keep our prices low, we do remove the waste from the premises. All waste is double bagged and placed in your garbage bin. If we do not have access to your garbage bin, you will be asked to specify an area where we will neatly place the bag.
At this time, we do not offer specific days. We do our best to accommodate, but we try to keep our routes as efficient as possible, and pass the savings on to you.
We send a notification roughly 60 minutes prior to our arrival. While we try to accommodate your schedule, our software picks the most efficient route that day.
We work in all weather, but in the event of severe weather, we are sometimes forced to cancel operations for our employees' safety. When that happens, we'll reschedule your visit as soon as conditions allow. If a rescheduling is not possible, we clean up double the waste on the next visit at no additional charge.
We require all payments to be made by credit/debit card. This allows us to keep track of all payments and for you to have full access to your payment on the customer portal.
While our service is priced per visit, we bill on the 1st of each month using the average number of weeks in a year, which is approximately 4.33 weeks per month. This means your monthly bill comes out to $108.25 (25 x 4.33), not $100. This keeps your payment consistent throughout the year, even on months with 5 weeks.
