Get to know the local family behind Mick's Poop Pickup
Meet Devin, co-founder of Mick's Poop Pickup and the real boss behind the scenes. Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Devin handles our day-to-day operations, scheduling, and customer communication. All while staying home with our two amazing daughters Ruth and Goldie. She's got a sharp eye for details, a great sense of humor, and somehow manages to keep our business and family running smoothly.
Thomas was born and raised in Philadelphia, where he has been a full-time firefighter for the last 12 years. When he's not at the firehouse, he's our main poop scooper, on the road doing pickups and making yards spotless. He brings the same dedication, reliability, and pride in his work to this business as he does to the fire department.
And then there's Micky, the company's namesake and our beloved 11-year-old American Bulldog. Thomas rescued him on the way into the firehouse in 2017, and he's been part of the family ever since. He's not just our inspiration, he's also a daily reminder of why we love dogs and the joy (and mess) they bring into our lives.
